

We have a line of baked goods that use mango flour, an all-natural, and gluten-free flour derived from mango seeds. We do our best to make sure that all our products are bursting with flavor, vitamins, and nutrients. We have certifications for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Halal by Prime Asia Pacific Inc., an international certifying body from Dubai, UAE. Our team of food technologists and engineers work tirelessly to ensure that every product that comes out of our factory meets the highest food safety standards.

Our company uses modern baking and packaging technologies to give you healthy and delicious baked goods. Soon after, we constructed our second facility in Pasig City to meet the rising demands of our Mega Manila customers. We take pride in building the first and only industrial-scale, export-processing baking facility in Lapu-Lapu City. (MMFI) has been producing quality baked products at affordable prices over the past two decades. We make our bread, pastries, and delicacies with these images in our minds, which is why we’re committed to giving you nothing less than what your family deserves. We believe there’s nothing like biting into pillowy-soft, cheesy ensaymada (brioche), our carrier product, or munching on crunchy, scrumptious biscuits alone or with your loved ones. Twenty-one years later, we have made a name in providing quality baked products with that distinctive creamy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness in every bite. It was 1999 when we started as a small bakeshop in the heart of Cebu City.
